To ensure we have the time and staff available to talk you through the benefits of using natural health products, please complete the booking form below. This initial consultation is with Community Health Store's staff in one of our 14 retail stores.
Following your initial assessment you may be referred to a naturopath or other practitioner for a full consultation and to formulate a treatment plan. Always check with your health practitioner before starting a natural health program especially if you are using prescribed medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding. With any natural health supplements always read the label and use only as directed.
